"It's a great place for meeting many people from all over the world. Friendships for life are made here. It's an amazing experience for any foreign exchange student who comes to Brussels for one semester or more. The building is cosy and makes you feel comfortable very quickly and the common rooms give you a great opportunity to interact with other tenants and to do group activities together. Van Orley is probably the best dormitory for international students in all Brussels. The prices of the rooms are some of the best you will find in the city. "My stay at Van Orley ranks up there with the best things I have ever done. The practical stuff is all good. For a very good price you get a good location close to everything you need. Well-equipped kitchen, a big terrace, big TV room, study room and even a ping-pong room. Plenty of laundry machines and dryers. There really is nothing to complain about when it comes to service from the landlord, maintenance or cleaning staff.
But most important of all, the community at Van Orley is beyond anything you can imagine. I have stayed at boarding school and done a gap year, both of which gave me friends and experiences for life. If I could choose to do one of those or Van Orley again, I would choose Van Orley 10 out of 10 times. Theme parties, international dinners, and interesting people from all over the world.
