There are 26 single rooms and 37 double rooms in Van Orley.
We encourage students to get to know each other. People usually eat in one of the three shared kitchens.

Double room
Double rooms can only be booked if you’ve found a roommate. This process usually takes some time, so it’s a good idea to start looking for one already. How? Join our Facebook group ‘Finding a roommate in Van Orley’ and make a post. Cut the cost of your stay and end up with a friend for life!
Please note:
- Both roommates rent the room for the same period. Same-sex or mixed sex? We have no preferences, so it’s up to you. Just keep in mind that a double room is an actual shared room, with two beds and one bathroom.
- Both roommates must fulfil all application requirements (see ‘Applications’).

Brik staff check and maintain common areas at least once a week.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire building.
Kitchen and terrace
There are three large, fully equipped industrial kitchens in the building. One has a rooftop terrace.
Lounges
A study lounge, leisure lounge and tv lounge.
Laundry facilities
Three washing machines and three tumble dryers: €3 per load (coins and mobile pay).
