On www.everyoneok.be you can follow an online intervention with questions and videos. It’s a scientifically sound step-by-step plan of about 45 minutes. You can go through it solo, or with your housemates.


4. Community Help Service

Community Help Service welcomes clients of all ages, from different backgrounds, nationalities and walks of life. They support you through times of mild frustration, loneliness, anxiety, bereavement and thoughts of suicide.

They have a diverse team with psychologists, psychotherapists and psychiatrists that come from different disciplines and have a wide range of professional experience. They all speak English.
