The Van Orley House is a magnificent Beaux-Arts building located on the Avenue Bisschoffsheim in the center of Brussels.
Br(ik offers student apartments to rent at Van Orley, for a period of 14 days to 6 months. (If you want to stay longer, you can search all the rooms of Br(ik-approved landlords in Brussels).
The rooms
Van Orley has single and double student rooms available for short term stay. Each room at Van Orley is furnished with a bed or high-sleeper with mattress, wardrobe, desk and chair. Each room has its own shower, toilet, fridge and Internet connection. There are three large kitchens, which are shared with the other students.

Prices and practicalities
Double rooms can be rented by two persons, so you can share the rent and make friends at the same time. This gives you the opportunity to rent a room starting at €305 per month, all inclusive (internet, water, gas and electricity).
Prices of the rooms depend on the room of your choice and how long you’re staying – you can rent a room for six months (rent per month is lower), or for a shorter period (more flexibility in choosing the duration of your stay).
